HACKETTSTOWN - Centenary College, in cooperation with the Triway International Group Falls Church, Va., hosted educational seminars for three groups of government executives from the People's Republic of China. Seventeen Provincial Police Chiefs attended a seminar on Police Emergency Management, presented by Dr. Joseph P. Linskey, Dean of International Programs and Professor of Criminal Justice and Sociology at Centenary College and Dr. Jeffrey J. Carter, Associate Professor of Criminal Justice and Public Administration and Director of the Graduate Program in Leadership and Public Administration.
