A college student from Hillsborough has been chosen as the first recipient of the Somerville Elks/ Catherine Guerrera College Scholarship. Joseph Rae Watson, a senior at Centenary College studying communications/radio and television broadcasting, was selected at the first recipient of the scholarship.
