Hackettsown police responded shortly before 8 p.m. Friday to Centenary College , 400 Jefferson St, at the Washabaugh Hall Dormitory following an abandoned 911 call. When officers arrived at the dormitory, college security advised the call came from an emergency phone located on the first floor and no one was around.
